NBI Conflicts Specialist

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, fully remote position. We are seeking candidates based in the West or East Coast time zones. Fisher Phillips, a leading international labor and employment law firm, is expanding our intake team and seeking an experienced New Business Intake Conflicts Specialist to join our team. In this essential role, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our services, providing crucial support to our department in delivering exceptional client service and maintaining our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage the department's intake of requests from attorneys, Accounting, and others, and provide accurate and timely responsesReview new matter requests for accuracy and adherence to firm policy and proceduresEnsure timely processing of new matter intake forms within IntappCommunicate with lawyers and legal administrative assistants and answering questions regarding matter opening proceduresAssist in firm technology projects involving new business intake Requirements Minimum three (3) years of experience in a law firm environment – preferably new business intakeExperience with Intapp, iManage and Aderant preferred FCA Statement Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with both the FCO and the California Fair Chance Act (FCA). Compensation The hourly rate range for this position is $28.85 - $36.06. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
