Navy TENCAP Representative to NWDC Fleet Experimentation

GRVTY delivers mission and technical expertise to outpace adversaries in addressing the toughest national security challenges worldwide. This role is embedded within the Navy Warfare Development Center (NWDC) in Norfolk, VA under the OPNAV N99 framework, advancing naval warfighting effectiveness through experimentation and capability integration.

Responsibilities

As a Navy TENCAP Representative to NWDC Fleet Experimentation at GRVTY, you will plan, coordinate, execute, and assess Fleet Experimentation initiatives integrating advanced national capabilities. You will serve as the principal advocate and project lead for embedding Navy TENCAP and Intelligence Community assets into major Fleet exercises. Additionally, you will oversee prototype evaluations, conduct after-action assessments, and drive the transition of validated capabilities into operational use across the Fleet.
