VDC Modeler / Coordinator

Qualifications

• Proficient in Revit with 2+ years of mechanical or plumbing modeling experience.
• Experience using SysQue, eVolveMEP, or Fabrication Parts for detailing and spooling.
• Hands-on experience with spool sheet generation and hanger layout.
• Familiarity with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
• Comfortable running or supporting coordination meetings.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of MEP systems and general construction processes.
• Background in the mechanical or plumbing trades.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.
• Experience creating point files or supporting field layout workflows.
• Exposure to Virginia or Mid-Atlantic construction projects.
