Navy Action Officer (Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD)) - Clearance Required

Responsibilities

• Support relevant Navy, Joint, DoD, and/or interagency meetings and working groups that address IAMD, evolving CID / Battle Management (BM) technologies: Big Data, AI, ML, Mission Planning, Battle Management Aids, FFT and IFF Mode 5 capabilities.
• Avoidance of programmatic requirements.
• Reviewing EW, cyber operations, TDL, and space policy and strategy.
• Validating sufficient personnel and training requirements.
• Ensuring all are programmed to an acceptable level.
• Helping provide strategic and operational-level support for liaison across all Navy organizations and echelons, other Services, Allies, other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and non-DoD Agencies including the US Coast Guard under Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
• Supporting the preparation of cogent PowerPoint presentations, briefs, information papers, impact and risk mitigation papers, and attendance at meetings that assist N99 government personnel in identifying, assessing, prioritizing, validating, adjudicating, and programming for Navy and Joint capabilities and requirements.
• Support requirements officers in the development, review, editing and routing of correspondence, documents and publications of strategies and concept papers and/or briefs related to IAMD, evolving CID / Battle Management (BM) technologies: Big Data, AI, ML, Mission Planning, Battle Management Aids, FFT and IFF Mode 5 capabilities.
• Prepare meeting reports or other documentation as a record of discussions and decisions.
• Support requirements officers in the development, review, editing and routing of correspondence, documents and publications of strategies and concept papers and/or briefs related to IAMD, evolving CID / Battle Management (BM) technologies: Big Data, AI, ML, Mission Planning, Battle Management Aids, FFT and IFF Mode 5 capabilities.
