Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Navigator RN, you will provide expert nursing guidance and support to patients as they navigate complex healthcare journeys.
- Assess patient needs
- Provide clinical resources
- Assess patients for psychosocial distress
- Answer questions as appropriate
- Facilitate access to resources
- Address tangible barriers to care
- Ensure any health information provided is accessible
Required
- 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Registered Nurse: NE, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
PREFERRED
- Bachelor's of Nursing BSN, upon hire
- If working in Oncology, preference for oncology certified nurse (OCN), upon hire
