Naval Power (NP) - Financial Analyst - Active Secret Clearance Required - P3 - (Onsite)
About the role
The Naval Power Business Unit at Raytheon has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst. This role is unique as it operates in a classified production environment, requiring all tasks to be performed onsite.
Responsibilities
- Development of quarterly EACs; analysis/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data.
- Oversee financials for multiple programs in a portfolio area; assist and provide guidance and mentoring to junior analyst(s).
- Budgeting, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management, and financial support.
- Aid manpower planning, forecasting and reporting.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials.
- Provide internal FP&A support for programs/portfolio; assist with forecasting, reporting and ad-hoc requests.
- Support AOP/Long Range Planning development
Qualifications
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Experience and understanding of the program business role, SAP, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), and/or experience with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) concepts.
- Experience with computer/Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- An active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Pay and Benefits
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
