Naval Engineering and Technology Portfolio Leader

About the Role

Serve as a Naval Engineering and Technology Portfolio Leader, overseeing a team focused on the Navy sector. Drive growth and transformational initiatives by aligning capabilities with customer needs, managing over 100 staff, and fostering internal and external relationships to support business expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex programs including financial forecasting, estimating, and analysis.
• Ensure successful delivery of existing projects and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
• Manage administrative activities, staff planning, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 15+ years in contract and project management within technical environments.
• 10+ years in technology consulting, IT market leadership, or engineering roles, including program management.
• Experience formulating and executing business strategies for government acquisitions.
• At least 5 years of Navy or DoD environment experience.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, manage portfolios over $10M, and develop market strategies.
• Knowledge of Working Capital Fund operations.
• Active security clearance (Secret required; Top Secret preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience establishing senior-level customer relationships.
• Strong staff development, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Additional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or INCOSE CSEP are advantageous.
