Join our Community Education team for the 2026/2027 school year at PACT Charter School. We are focused on building students of character by emphasizing respect, citizenship, gratitude, compassion, integrity, cooperation, self-control, responsibility, and perseverance.
About the Role
We are seeking a Nature Explorers Instructor for K-2nd grade and 3rd-5th grade students. Sessions are held at the Elementary Campus one day per week (Wednesdays) after school from 3:30-5:15 p.m. The duration is 8 sessions, running from August 24 to October 22.
Pay
- $25 per hour if registered student count is below 22
- $50 per hour if registered student count is 22 or more (max of 24 students per activity)
- Instructors may choose to hire an additional instructor, with both paid $25 per hour
Schedule
- One day per week (Wednesdays) from 3:30-5:15 p.m.
- 8 sessions: August 24 – October 22

Location and Community
PACT is located in Ramsey, Minnesota—a family-friendly and growing community in Anoka County with a population of around 25,000, situated 25 miles northwest of Minneapolis-St. Paul. Ramsey is bordered by the Mississippi and Rum Rivers and offers scenic beauty, parks, and an extensive trail system.
The PACT Elementary campus is at 7250 East Ramsey Parkway, adjacent to The Draw, a 420-acre development featuring an amphitheater, water feature, farmer’s market, concerts, and community events. The Secondary campus is at 7729 161st Ave NW, near Central Park and St. Katharine Drexel Church.
Ramsey is accessible via U.S. Highways 10/169, State Highway 47, and the Northstar Commuter Rail, which connects to downtown Minneapolis.
