We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description of opportunity, impact, who you are (required qualifications, preferred qualifications). There's also benefits mentioned in About WSP: "Employees are also afforded a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings". That's benefits content. No explicit pay or schedule. So we should include sections: About the role (maybe from first paragraph?), Responsibilities (the "Your Impact" bullet list), Requirements (maybe combine required qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe separate required vs preferred? But we can combine? The instruction: Use headings for section headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role: The initial description: "This Opportunity WSP is seeking a Natural Resources Consultant to support our Texas & Louisiana region..." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: The "Your Impact" list (support project managers, conduct field investigations, evaluate impacts, prepare reports, assist permitting, support field data collection, collaborate, coordinate, monitor regulations, maintain records, participate in fieldwork, promote health safety). Those are responsibilities. - Requirements: Could be the "Who You Are Required Qualifications" list (Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years experience, experience conducting surveys, familiarity with wetland regs, knowledge of regulations, experience preparing reports, familiarity with energy etc, working knowledge of GIS, strong analytical skills, communication, ability to manage multiple assignments, proficiency with MS Office, valid driver's license). That's requirements. - Qualifications: Could be the "Preferred Qualifications" list (Professional certifications, experience with wetland delineations, Section 404/401 permitting, T&E species surveys, ecological restoration). That's qualifications (preferred). Could also separate Skills but we have skills within requirements. But we can include Skills section if we have specific skill list not covered elsewhere. The posting includes "Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills..." Those are skills. Could put them under Skills section. But we already have them in Requirements. To avoid duplication, maybe we put them under Skills and keep Requirements more about education/experience. However instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all info. We can split: Requirements: education, experience, licensure. Qualifications: preferred certifications and specific experience. Skills: analytical, communication, organizational, problem-solving, MS Office proficiency, GIS knowledge. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement savings. We must not include Pay or Schedule as they are not specified. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We need to output only HTML fragment, using

for section headings,
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide what is prose vs list. For sections with multiple items, we can use

    • . For short paragraphs, use

      • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
      • Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard environmental data management tools.
      • Working knowledge of GIS applications, environmental data collection methods, and field documentation practices.

      Qualifications

      • Professional certifications or progress toward certification such as Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS), Certified Wildlife Biologist (CWB), or similar environmental credentials.
      • Experience with wetland delineations, Section 404/401 permitting, threatened and endangered species surveys, or ecological restoration projects.

      Benefits

      • Medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings benefits focused on providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.
We should not include Pay or Schedule. Check that we didn't repeat job title. Good. We omitted the "About WSP" paragraph about the company description and flexible workplace model; that is boilerplate? It's not required but could be considered "About WSP" but not a section heading we have. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About WSP" description is not boilerplate but could be considered company overview. However we have no section for it; we could include it under About the role? But we already have About the role describing the role. The company overview could be considered extra but not required. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The company overview is substantive? It describes WSP USA, its size, markets, etc. Might be considered relevant. But we have no heading for it; we could add a paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section "About WSP". However the allowed headings list does not include "About WSP". But we could still include a

without heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings (e.g. those). It might be okay to add other headings but better to stick to those. The company overview could be folded into About the role as a paragraph. However About the role currently is about the role; we could add a second paragraph describing WSP. That would preserve info. Let's adjust About the role to include two paragraphs: first about the role, second about WSP. Thus:

      About the role

WSP USA is the U.S. operating company of WSP, one of the world's leading engineering and professional services firms. With more than 15,000 employees in over 300 offices across the U.S., we partner with our clients to help communities prosper. WSP provides a flexible and agile workplace model while meeting client needs.

That preserves the company overview. Now check for any duplicated lines: we have not included the EEO etc. Check for any content we missed: The "As part of a growing organization, you will work alongside scientists..." we included. The "As our natural resources practice continues to grow, you will assist with environmental assessments, biological surveys, habitat evaluations, permitting efforts, and compliance support for energy, industrial, infrastructure, and land development projects." That is similar to responsibilities but we didn't include that explicitly. It's part of the role description; we could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities. Let's add a sentence to About the role or Responsibilities. Perhaps add to About the role after first paragraph: "You will assist with environmental assessments, biological surveys, habitat evaluations, permitting efforts, and compliance support for energy, industrial, infrastructure, and land development projects." That is substantive. Let's incorporate that. Also the "Support project managers in the execution..." we have. Also "Promote health, safety, and environmental stewardship while supporting WSP's commitment to sustainable project delivery." we have. Also "Maintain accurate field records, environmental databases, GIS information, and project documentation." we have. Also "Participate in fieldwork, site visits, agency meetings, and client engagements throughout the Gulf South region as needed." we have. Also "Monitor environmental regulations, permitting requirements, and natural resource management practices relevant to energy, industrial, and infrastructure projects." we have.
