NATP Program Instructor (RN)

About the role

We are seeking a CNA Program Instructor (RN) to collaborate with the Program Coordinator in delivering curriculum, teaching lecture and lab content, and coordinating clinical training and supervision of students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum and teach lecture and lab content
• Coordinate clinical training and supervision of students
• Oversee students during clinical experiences
• Ensure effective instruction

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse
• At least two years of nursing experience
• At least one year of nursing experience in a long-term care setting
• Experience in adult education, teaching, supervising nurse aides, or completion of an adult education course
• Strong communication, leadership, and training skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a clinical education environment
