About the role
We are seeking a CNA Program Instructor (RN) to collaborate with the Program Coordinator in delivering curriculum, teaching lecture and lab content, and coordinating clinical training and supervision of students.
Responsibilities
- Supervising students during clinical experiences on units
- Ensuring effective delivery of course content and clinical supervision
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with at least two years of nursing experience, including one year in a long-term care setting
- Experience in adult education, supervising nurse aides, or completing a relevant course
- Strong communication, leadership, and training skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical education environment
Skills
Effective communication, leadership, teamwork, and clinical supervision skills are preferred to succeed in this role.
