Nationwide - Field Engineer
About the role
This position is an on-site Field Engineer role for individuals wanting a hands-on experience managing construction quality control, construction means and methods in the construction of electrical substations, transmission lines and renewable energy (solar and wind) collection systems. A Field Engineer provides direct supervision of subcontractor’s activities and material receiving on the projects and works closely with project managers.
Responsibilities
- Supporting on-site construction activities
- Ensuring project specifications are met
- Collaboration with project teams
- Resolution of technical issues
- Oversight of quality control
- Tracking project progress
- Communication with various stakeholders
Requirements
- BSCE/BSME or MSCE/MSME (emphasis in structural engineering preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- A willingness to meet fast-paced project schedules

Pay
Salary commensurate with experience and education.
