Responsibilities Advise customers, PMs, and various stakeholders on daily site status and issues.Work daily with PMs and Regional Field Eng. Supervisor on special parts requirements for Deployments.Collaborate daily with the support team to identify and resolve issues.Utilize various software programs daily, such as:Office 365Google SuiteMicrosoft Office ProductsPolaris and other proprietary programsSupport software and engineering team on site with issues found in the field.Support field team on issues as they ariseAssist the Operations Team as needed in the areas of:Training (Customers and Team Members)Uniforms (As Extra Help is Needed)Production (As Extra Help is Needed)Documentation of daily tasks performed daily.Ongoing sharing of lessons learned.Ongoing travel as required.Perform other related duties and tasks as needed
