National Travelling Apartment Maintenance

About the role

Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring a Traveling Maintenance Technician to join our National Traveling Crew based in Columbus, OH. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and traveling across the country. You’ll support apartment communities that need extra help—working with a skilled team to complete repairs, unit turns, and property improvements.

Travel Schedule

• 2 weeks traveling (out of state)
• 1 week off at home
• Assignments across 80,000+ units in 26 states

Compensation

• $24.00 – $27.00 per hour
• Consistent 50‑hour work weeks (overtime available)
• $50/day per diem while traveling
• Annual raises up to 5%
