National Security Compliance Analyst

The Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division provides expert support services to a range of customers spanning across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and international markets. The Industry and Security Analysis Group (ISAG) within JOID provides analytical, technical, and program support to promote, grow, and protect the U.S. industrial base.
Responsibilities
The National Security Compliance Analyst will support DoW’s input into both the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and Team Telecom processes. The candidate will support DoW’s Office of Global Investment and Economic Security in the development of risk mitigation options and the monitoring and compliance of CFIUS mitigation agreements.
- Support the review of mitigation compliance, which may involve domestic and international travel
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the mitigation of foreign investment risk in the areas of product integrity, supply assurance, collocation, and technology transfer
Expected travel up to ~20%.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree, and Bachelor's degree in the areas of Business, Finance, Economics, or National Security
- 12+ years of total experience with 5+ years in matters involving compliance and monitoring
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Ability to travel
- Able to work fully onsite based on client needs
Qualifications
- Experience in technology transfer, intellectual property ownership, product integrity, and supply assurance
- Master's degree in the areas of Business, Finance, Economics, or National Security
- Military, Technology, or National Security law background
Pay
SPA provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs. The salary range for this position is: USD $145,000.00/Yr. - USD $185,000.00/Yr.
