About the Role
We are currently seeking a qualified individual who is looking to gain industry knowledge and experience for the National Sales Specialist position, joining our team in Nottingham, PA.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, approximately 40+ hours a week.

Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Executes top-notch listening skills to build meaningful relationships, understand customer issues, and troubleshoot, resolve, or respond within 24 hours.
- Manages difficult or emotional customer situations, leveraging relationships, and knows when to escalate.
- Collaborates with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, and Manufacturing to understand where customer orders are in the pipeline and respond to customer order status.
- Interprets received orders and relays them to assigned sales team members.
Administrative and Logistical Coordination
- Processes daily all details of sales within a proprietary system, with close attention to detail and in a timely manner.
- Coordinates with marketing, sales, and other departments as needed and provides details for various documentation required to complete a sale.
- Continuously monitors customer orders and coordinates shipments, delivery, and final resolutions on outstanding order concerns.
- Adjusts shipping manifest and associated product, within tight timeframes, following established guidelines, policy, and procedures, due to unavailable product to maximize transportation efficiency and meet customer needs.
- Tracks and monitors orders/deductions for accuracy and compliance with program specifics.
- Utilizes various vendor programs to create/input orders, manage logistic routing to monitor product, anticipate issues, and resolve concerns.
- Compiles information for reports and presentations to assist in decision-making.
- Works closely with the National Sales Account Managers on their assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Associate degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation and demonstrated listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated strong work ethic, the ability to work within tight deadlines, while paying attention to detail and delivering stellar customer service.
- Proven ability at problem-solving and enjoys an environment where multitasking is a must.
- Demonstrates flexibility to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually while executing in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry-specific software in a reasonable amount of time, with the ability to change work habits as the company continues to implement advances in technology to improve efficiency.
