National Sales Manager – CPG Food & Beverage (North America)
Remote opportunity based in North America. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
About The Role
A global, family-owned food and beverage manufacturer is seeking a North American Sales Manager to drive growth across the U.S. and Canada. This is a high-impact opportunity for a sales leader with experience in CPG, food & beverage, private label, and grocery retail who can build relationships with major retailers and expand market presence. The role will focus on managing existing retail partnerships, developing new business opportunities, overseeing sales representatives/brokers, and driving growth with key accounts including major grocery, club, and mass retail channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies across the U.S. and Canada
- Manage and grow relationships with national retail customers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with major retailers
- Partner with brokers, distributors, and sales representatives
- Lead account strategy, forecasting, and pipeline development
- Support long-term growth initiatives and expansion of the North American business
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience within CPG, food, beverage, or related industries
- Experience selling into grocery, club, or mass retail channels
- Strong relationships with retailers such as Costco, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Whole Foods, or similar
- Experience managing brokers, distributors, or sales partners
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
Pay
The salary range for this position is $120,000–150,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Competitive base salary plus bonus.
