About the role
The National Sales Executive – Robotics role is part of our Sales team and involves remote work. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading national business development initiatives targeting enterprise clients with a focus on robotics solutions.
- Developing and nurturing executive-level relationships with senior decision makers at hyperscalers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other leading technology and construction companies.
- Identifying and solving critical business challenges for clients, positioning robotics offerings as strategic, high-value solutions.
- Collaborating with internal experts and external partners to navigate complex sales cycles and secure high-value contracts.
- Consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets through a performance-driven, commission-based sales approach.
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive CRM records for sales activities, opportunities, and account progress.
- Representing the company at industry conferences, executive briefings, and networking events to expand market presence and strengthen relationships.
- Partnering with Solution Engineering and Implementation teams to support seamless client onboarding and successful project delivery.
- Mentoring other sales team members while innovating sales strategies and customer experiences to maximize client satisfaction and profitability.
Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 8 years of proven success in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in robotics, automation, software, or SaaS within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing executive relationships and closing multimillion-dollar deals.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, along with excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Industry experience across technology and construction, with knowledge of tools such as Autodesk Revit and consultative sales methodologies considered a plus.
- A self-motivated, adaptive, and process-oriented leadership style with a strong focus on results and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should:
- Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Be proficient in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The total target cash compensation range for this position is $100,500.00 - $169,100.00.
Schedule
This role is eligible for a sales incentive plan or commission. Therefore, the total target cash compensation range is inclusive of base salary and target variable cash compensation.
