Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our National Resident RN, you will experience a dynamic and supportive residency, receiving personalized attention to foster long-term success and cross-training across our interconnected Nursing units.
- Deliver individualized patient care by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, administering treatments, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and families, all while embracing varied nursing tasks.
- Actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Residency Program, utilizing clinical orientation, practice, and mentorship.
- Demonstrate a passion for learning and teamwork within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Required
- Associates of Science Nursing and 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience, upon hire
- Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
- BSN Requirement: Effective 04/01/2026, all ADN prepared RN hires are required to obtain their BSN degree within five (5) years of their start date. Individuals must enroll in and begin participating in a BSN program within two (2) years of their start date.
Preferred
- Bachelor's of Science Nursing, upon hire
