As a National Nurse Resident, you’ll step into a hands‑on, supportive experience designed to help you grow and build confidence from day one. You’ll administer treatments, track vitals, educate patients and families, and play a key role in making sure people feel seen, heard, and cared for. To succeed in this role, you’ll actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence‑based Nurse Residency Program designed to support your growth and professional development. With a strong drive to learn and a team‑first mindset, you’ll continue sharpening your skills while building a meaningful, fulfilling nursing career. This position is eligible for up to a $10,000 sign‑on bonus and up to $24,000 in Student Loan Assistance.
