National Recruitment Manager Trainee

About the role

The National Recruitment Manager Trainee at Amergis, formerly known as Maxim Healthcare Staffing, will participate in a structured training program designed to prepare them for roles as National Recruitment Managers. This role involves assisting and observing experienced National Recruitment Managers, completing required training modules, and gaining familiarity with various aspects of the company's operations.

Responsibilities

• Assists and observes the NRMs in the office
• Completes Amergis Recruiter Trainee E-Learning training module assigned each week
• Aids in answering incoming telephone calls from candidates and clients
• Reviews the types of healthcare licenses held by our Caregivers and learns their differences
• May begin to contact candidates about opportunities with Amergis
• Reviews the on-boarding work flow and becomes familiar with Amergis' requirements and processes
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or licensed RN
• Meets all federal, state, and local requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Results-driven, sense of urgency, and high standard of professionalism
