National Program Director, Community Health Centers

For our client, we are seeking a National Program Director, Community Health Centers to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will own national strategy and execution for community health center partnerships, with a focus on growth, standardized service delivery, and market expansion. The leader in this role will work across internal teams and external provider organizations to strengthen offerings, improve utilization, and support value-based care objectives. The position also blends strategic planning with hands-on operational and analytical work to scale programs for diverse patient populations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $175,000 annually Responsibilities Own and execute national strategy for community health centers and related entities. Build and manage strategic partnerships to drive growth initiatives. Lead development of best practices and toolkits for member organizations. Standardize and scale services across operating divisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer offerings and utilization. Develop pricing strategies for uninsured populations and flat-rate programs. Monitor segment performance through analytics and customer insights.
