About the role

Crowe’s National Office Rotation & Fellowship Program is designed to develop future leaders across professional practice, quality, methodology, inspections, knowledge management, and transformation. Participants will gain exposure to a broad range of activities that support high-quality professional services, consistent application of professional standards, integrated quality management, and the future transformation of the profession.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in accounting, auditing, SEC, or regulatory consultations;
  • Assist with pre-issuance reviews and quality monitoring activities;
  • Participate in internal inspections and root cause analysis activities;
  • Absorb and contribute to the development of methodology, practice aids, and guidance;
  • Author or review thought leadership, technical guidance, and training materials;
  • Participate in standard-setting and comment letter activities;
  • Participate in transformation and AI-enabled knowledge initiatives;
  • Present on internal trainings or webcasts;
  • Participate in industry, regulatory, or peer-group activities;
  • Absorb and contribute to the development of knowledge management resources;
  • Collaborate with professionals across National Office, Quality, Methodology, and Business Units.

Qualifications

  • CPA required (or actively pursuing CPA where applicable);
  • Strong performance history;
  • Relevant experience in audit, accounting advisory, SEC reporting, industry specialization, quality, or related areas;
  • Demonstrated interest in professional standards, technical accounting, auditing, quality, or transformation initiatives.

Schedule

Rotations generally range from 12–24 months; Participants will remain partially aligned to practice depending on role and business needs with approximately 40-60% of time allocated to National Office.

Pay

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,900.00 - $254,900.00 per year.
