About the role
Clean Harbors is the leading provider of environmental, energy and industrial services throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. The National InSite QA/QC Manager will ensure compliance with region-specific standards while delivering measurable financial and operational impact across multiple dimensions:
- New Program Launches – Revenue Enablement & Cost Control: Ensure Day 1 operational readiness, accelerate speed-to-revenue, minimize startup errors, rework, and corrective actions, standardize processes to reduce long-term labor costs, and enhance customer confidence and contract stability.
- LOA Coverage – Revenue Protection & Business Continuity: Provide seamless coverage during Leaves of Absence to prevent service disruptions, SLA violations, emergency backfills, and premium labor costs, thereby protecting contract revenue and reducing operational risk exposure.
- QA/QC Oversight – Margin Protection & Risk Mitigation: Deliver proactive quality assurance and compliance oversight to prevent chargebacks, credits, safety incidents, and regulatory risk, reduce rework expenses, and support consistent margin performance across programs.
The National InSite Manager designation represents a promotional step from the current InSite Ops Manager role and reflects the broader organizational impact.
