National Firm -Litigation Associate Attorney

About the role

The role involves handling a variety of general liability matters, including personal injury, motor vehicle, property damage, construction/labor law, and product liability cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through closure.
• Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and participate in arbitrations and trials.
• Manage caseloads while meeting billing and budget requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation experience, defense litigation is preferred.
• New York Bar admission.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with third-party insurance coverage is a plus.

Pay

This position offers a salary range of $130,000-$170,000, depending on experience and background.
