National Contract and Compliance Lead - Clinical Measurements
About the role
The National CM Contract leader is responsible for driving consumables contract strategy, compliance, and growth across the CM portfolio while managing and maximizing commercial and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead national contract strategy for Clinical Measurements consumables, driving revenue growth across ECG, SPO2, NIBP, etCO2, and battery portfolios.
- Own contract funnel creation, monthly forecasting, and demand planning collaboration with supply chain to support large-scale opportunities.
- Design, execute, and manage high-value consumables contracts while maximizing commercial and operational performance.
- Ensure contract compliance and recurring revenue by driving spend adherence and customer accountability.
- Train and enable sales teams on contract strategy, value selling, and execution excellence to grow the business.
Requirements
- Acquired a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business / Masters in Business Administrative Marketing, Sales, Economics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in contract management, business development, or sales in the healthcare industry.
- A strong clinical background and understanding of healthcare workflows.
- A strong understanding of clinical measurement products, including ECG, SPO2, NIBP, etCO2, and Batteries.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com (SFDC) or similar CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and provide creative solutions.

Pay
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $163,000 to $191,000, annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Schedule
This is a field role. The company believes that employees are better together than apart, and for office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
