National Communications Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Aid in the development and execution of the company's communication plan for both internal and external audiences.
• Facilitate internal and external communications, content creation, copywriting, and editing for various projects spanning multiple disciplines and media platforms.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and tone across all editorial, digital, and internal outlets.
• Support the communication strategy and company goals by providing or curating content aimed at increasing lead generation, attracting top talent, and fostering brand loyalty.
• Monitor analytics and generate reports detailing the performance of campaigns and strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide recommendations for adjusting communications strategies and practices.
• Work on assigned projects with a proactive approach, driving tasks to completion while addressing issues and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Two years of public relations or ad agency experience, or equivalent administrative/coordinator experience (such as event planning and management, executive assistant).
• Extensive proofreading and copy-editing experience.
• A strong attention to detail.
• A highly creative yet professional and polished demeanor.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• The capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
• An ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A proven track record of creating compelling content for specific audiences.
• The capability to translate data into actionable insights for content development.
• A responsive and open attitude towards feedback.
• No requirement for design experience.
• The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to communicate clearly on the telephone.
