Responsibilities
- Interface with students nationally using a consultative sales approach, including open-ended questions and active listening to determine their goals and motivations.
- Effectively deliver the Educational Value Proposition for all UTI, NTI, and MMI programs to prospective students.
- Establish the optimal campus location for prospective students and overcome challenges related to relocation.
- Deliver program information via telephone and written materials, communicating school policies, processes, and procedures throughout the student life cycle.
- Address student concerns regarding cost, financing, dress code, curriculum, tutoring, testing procedures, enrollment paperwork, cancellation policy, and other related items.
- Conduct follow-up calls throughout the student life cycle to ensure student success.
- Conduct campus tours as needed.
- Maintain CRM database to company standards.
- Proactively establish relationships with other departments at multiple campus locations.
- Remain compliant with organizational policies as well as state, federal, and other regulatory bodies.
- Stay informed of current trends and changes in the industry through participation in admission training meetings and required programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum two years of sales experience, with preference given to candidates with academic admissions or tele-sales experience.

- Knowledge of personal computer software applications and customer relationship management (CRM) databases.
- Self-starter with excellent follow-through and organizational skills.
Abilities
- Ability to work flexible business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; occasional overtime required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 5 pounds or less for 5% of the workday.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 5% or less of the workday.
- Ability to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn, and reason for the entire workday.
- Ability to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to use a keyboard and perform manual tasks for prolonged periods throughout the workday.
- Minimal overnight travel may be required.
Work Environment
Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
