Our Local Campus Admissions Representative works to change the world, one life at a time, by helping students achieve their dreams through technical training. Responsibilities
- Interface with students in the local state area using a consultative sales approach, including open-ended questions and active listening to determine goals and motivations.
- Effectively deliver the Educational Value Proposition for all UTI, NTI, and MMI programs to prospective students.
- Provide program information via telephone and written materials, communicating school policies, processes, and procedures throughout the student life cycle.
- Address student concerns regarding cost, financing, dress code, curriculum, tutoring, testing procedures, enrollment paperwork, cancellation policy, and other related items.
- Conduct follow-up calls throughout the student life cycle to ensure student success.
- Participate in campus events and conduct tours for prospective students as needed.
- Maintain CRM database to company standards and proactively establish relationships with other campus departments.
- Remain compliant with organizational policies as well as state, federal, and other regulatory bodies.
- Stay informed of industry trends and changes through participation in admission training meetings and required programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education / Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum two years of sales experience, with preference given to candidates with academic admissions or telesales experience.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Flexibility to adapt work schedules as needed.

- Ability to gain, understand, and apply information related to enrolling graduates.

- Knowledge of personal computer software applications and CRM databases.
- Self-starter with excellent follow-through and organizational skills.
Abilities
- Ability to work flexible business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; occasional overtime required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 5 pounds for 5% or less of the workday.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 5% or less of the workday.
- Ability to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn, and reason throughout the workday.
- Ability to sit, walk, or move around for prolonged periods.
- Ability to use a keyboard and perform manual tasks for prolonged periods.
- Minimal overnight travel may be required.
Work Environment
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
- Onsite role with potential exposure to student learning environments and varied conditions.
- Must follow all safety precautions, including the use of personal-protective equipment and adherence to site-specific safety procedures.
