About the Role

The National Bankruptcy Manager is responsible for managing certain national programs under the firm’s Bankruptcy Department.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage weekly production reports for the Senior Director of Bankruptcy Operations and Director of National Bankruptcy Operations, including analysis on staffing needs and employee production.
  • Collaborate with leadership on capacity planning.
  • Oversee national bankruptcy operations, including managing client pipelines, employee production, and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and processes, establishing training tools, and implementing training procedures for new employees.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for escalated issues with national bankruptcy clients.
  • Participate in regular client calls regarding pipeline management and escalated issues.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of Bankruptcy experience with a law firm and/or loan servicer.
  • Ability to interpret client systems, including LPS/Black Knight.
  • Extensive Bankruptcy experience.
  • Proficiency in software tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
