About the Role
The National Bankruptcy Manager is responsible for managing certain national programs under the firm’s Bankruptcy Department.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage weekly production reports for the Senior Director of Bankruptcy Operations and Director of National Bankruptcy Operations, including analysis on staffing needs and employee production.
- Collaborate with leadership on capacity planning.
- Oversee national bankruptcy operations, including managing client pipelines, employee production, and driving operational efficiencies.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and processes, establishing training tools, and implementing training procedures for new employees.
- Serve as a single point of contact for escalated issues with national bankruptcy clients.
- Participate in regular client calls regarding pipeline management and escalated issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of Bankruptcy experience with a law firm and/or loan servicer.
- Ability to interpret client systems, including LPS/Black Knight.
- Extensive Bankruptcy experience.
- Proficiency in software tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
