National Apartment Maintenance Technician

National Apartment Maintenance Technician position based out of Waterford, Michigan, with 75% travel expected throughout the Midwest and nationwide. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to grow your career with a rapidly expanding property management company.

Responsibilities

• Travel to apartment communities in several states to perform maintenance duties

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• HVAC, EPA or CPO certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or facilities maintenance
• Drywalling, including painting and carpentry
• Plumbing, including sweating copper pipe
• Electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures

Pay

• $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
• Excellent overtime potential; up to 30 hours per pay period

Schedule

• 2 weeks on, 1 week off schedule
• 17 weeks off per year
