National Accounts Analyst I

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager - National Accounts and Business Optimization with developing and producing monthly analysis, reports, and tools.
• Produce and maintain strategic customer models through research, source lists, and interaction with field sales management.
• Produce ad hoc analysis for national accounts team and other US sales managers.
• Create and maintain templates and monthly reports used by Arthrex sales management and agency sales leadership.
• Create and maintain national accounts price lists.
• Affix and implement price changes with customer service and field leadership.
• Work with customer service and field leadership to correct any pricing discrepancies.
• Provide updates and training on Cognos, TM1, and Power BI to national accounts team members and field sales managers.
• Ensure accurate contract information in AXIS Contract Lifecycle Tracker (CLT).
• Develop and maintain an understanding of Arthrex’s products and procedures, basic anatomy, and Arthrex’s business model.
• Maintain internal trackers and databases for reporting and analysis.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; advanced degree or CPA eligibility preferred
• Experience in financial analysis or accounting preferred
• Experience in a national accounts or contracting environment preferred

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
• Cisco, Cognos, TM1, and Power BI experience is strongly preferred
• Highly organized, dependable, detail oriented
