About the Role
DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Manager for our Olathe, KS office to lead, coach, train, and motivate a team of Account Coordinators/Project Administrators within our National Accounts Facilities Division. This role involves working closely with direct reports to meet National clients' needs while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and general management of Account Coordinators/Project Administrators, including performance monitoring, process improvement, and employee development.
- Develop, manage, and implement operational process and procedure improvements to reduce costs and increase profitability.
- Work with the Operations Management Team to monitor operating budgets and action plans.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure National Account Customer needs are met and maintain consistent communication with customers regarding work orders.
- Conduct employee performance reviews, document performance issues, and provide counseling with targeted improvement plans.
- Develop relationships with National Account Customers, seek feedback, resolve issues, and conduct follow-up tasks.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of direct management / peer management experience preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous analytical experience identifying trends in key performance indicators and recommending solutions on a national scale.
- Prefer experience in the Service Industry with a focus on service, sales, and cost control.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook required.
