Key Responsibilities
- Achieving annual room night and sales goals
- Developing new business through prospecting and lead generation
- Managing account activity, including communication and progress tracking
- Cooking bid proposals, site inspections, and FAM tours
- Developing sales presentations and conducting client outreach
- Attending trade shows, meetings, and industry events
- Maintaining industry knowledge and supporting partner relationships
- Utilizing customer management systems and sales tools effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of hospitality sales experience, with preference for multi-property or convention center sales
- Experience selling to the DC, Maryland, Virginia markets preferred
- Four-year degree preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license

- Ability to develop and manage business plans and budgets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer management systems

- Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 plus incentive plan
