National Account Director (Government Payers)
About the role
Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARWR) is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company developing medicines that treat intractable diseases by silencing the genes that cause them. Using a broad portfolio of RNA chemistries and efficient modes of delivery, Arrowhead therapies trigger the RNA interference (RNAi) mechanism to induce rapid, deep, and durable knockdown of target genes.
The National Account Director (NAD) will play a critical role in enabling patient access to Arrowhead’s first commercial asset—Redemplo (plozasiran, siRNA targeting APOC3)—as well as an expanding pipeline of innovative therapies. Redemplo has demonstrated compelling clinical data and received approval in November 2025 for the treatment of Familial Chylomicronemia Syndrome (FCS), with late-stage development continuing for Severe Hypertriglyceridemia (SHTG).
This field-based role requires periodic travel to Arrowhead's corporate headquarters in Pasadena, CA, as business needs dictate.
