About the role

The Narrow-Web Flexographic Press Specialist is responsible for operating and maintaining Mark Andy P-Series flexographic printing presses. This position requires a strong understanding of flexographic printing processes and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on the press.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Mark Andy P-Series flexographic printing presses
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
• Monitor and adjust print quality to meet production standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
• Document and report machine performance and maintenance activities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in flexographic printing operations
• Proficiency with Mark Andy P-Series equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with relevant certifications

Qualifications

• Knowledge of flexographic printing processes
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
• Basic understanding of electrical systems related to printing equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
