Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers and affiliates.
- Communicate effectively via phone and email to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- Act as a trusted liaison between customers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee and manage the dispatch process for various service calls, prioritizing timely and effective resource allocation to meet customer needs.
- Request and submit proposals for additional repairs/services and to correct deficiencies.
- Follow up on completed inspections with affiliates to make sure the reports, paperwork, and invoices are sent to National Accounts in a timely manner.
- Review the Call Analysis report from your account manager and provide status on work orders.
- Review exception management queue and mark-up queue daily.
- Review all paperwork for completeness and accuracy including the NTE (Not to Exceed) amounts on customer POs (purchase orders) prior to mark-ups.
- Mark-up/price the service and inspection call properly before submitting to the Account Receivable team.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or minimum one year experience in customer service, work order management, customer service or maintenance services.
- Proven ability to manage complex processes and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business processes, technical procedures, or county and state regulations.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leadership, customers, vendors, colleagues, and the public.
