NAM Raw Material Procurement Category Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a NAM Raw Material Procurement Category Lead to manage specific raw material categories. This role ensures the purchase of goods, materials, and services aligns with defined guidelines to meet the company’s operational needs, considering price, quality, delivery, and supply continuity. The position involves executing purchase orders with a set supplier base while aligning with Ferrero’s central procurement strategy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supply continuity of local raw material categories with a focus on pricing, quality, and delivery.
• Implement the central raw material strategy in North America (NAM).
• Manage the budget for raw material categories.
• Engage and align with central and local stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Lead RFI, RFQ, market analysis, risk management, and price management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–8 years of procurement experience, preferably with 1–2 years in Raw Material Category management.
• Experience working in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of the Global Raw Material market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, influence others, problem-solve, and set priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.

Pay

The base compensation range for this position is $113,026 – $150,701. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
