NA Fleet Management (Nashville, TN)
About the role
The North America Fleet Program Manager leads the fleet strategy for approximately 5,000 fleet drivers across the U.S. and Canada, focusing on operationalizing fleet programs, strengthening processes, and developing analytics for monthly and quarterly reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, policy, and governance for fleet programs, including developing and optimizing policies, vehicle eligibility criteria, long-term strategies, and roadmaps.
- Manage strategic fleet operations through third-party service providers, ensuring service excellence, operational performance, KPI attainment, issue resolution, and continuous process optimization.
- Own fleet budget planning and forecasting, reporting, and analytics, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee executive vehicle programs to maximize value, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of experience with Master's degree in areas such as Business, Process Optimization, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Proven experience managing large-scale fleet programs and vendor relationships, leading cross-functional initiatives, and using strategy, analytics, and execution to drive fleet and business performance.
- Strong understanding of fleet systems and related operational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Organization Development or equivalent.

Pay
The base pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $93,000 to $148,000. Other compensation may include an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives.
Schedule
This is an Office role requiring full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
