Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to Games and VFX studio leadership and define tech support roadmaps
- Execute a technology operations strategy for enhancing production efficiency through automation
- Build and lead a high-performing team focused on technical excellence and innovation
- Oversee daily operations of the TSOS team, ensuring optimal support coverage
- Optimize workflows through automation and real-time analytics to enhance the support experience
- Implement best practices for issue resolution and incident management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology roadmaps with business objectives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technical operations or technology support in Games/VFX production environments, including 5+ years in leadership roles
- Deep understanding of Games/VFX pipelines and real-time rendering tools (e.g., Maya, Nuke, Unreal Engine, Unity)
- Strong grasp of studio network architecture and cloud-based production environments
- Hands-on experience with technology tools, automation, and production pipelines
- Proficiency with virtual workstation technologies (Teradici, Parsec, Citrix, VDI)
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to translate complex technical challenges into strategic actions for various stakeholders
