MZ Anodize Preseasoning / Boxing Worker

Responsibilities

• Process anodized parts through a conveyer belt oven to thoroughly dry them.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections after parts have cooled to ensure they are defect-free and meet specifications.
• Meticulously clean the surfaces of cooled parts and apply a high-quality, durable, and non-stick surface.
• Accurately log part quantities and process operations in the ERP system.
• Select the correct box size for packing as specified in the work order.
• Pack the required number of parts in each box and, if required, wrap each part in protective product wrap using appropriate material.
• Pack a Pre-Season Instruction Packet in the box if required.
• Generate and affix box-content identity labels for each completed box.
• Stack boxes on pallets in accordance with prescribed guidelines.
• Operate a wrapping machine to cover each pallet in plastic wrap.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of team, departmental, and organizational goals.
