Key Responsibilities
- Act as a software detective, providing dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
- Develop deep expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Support and guide colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices related to application support and database management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence and improve system design and operational processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support strategies by analyzing recurring problems and proposing innovative solutions.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics to proactively identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of work experience.
- MySQL database performance tuning and optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in MySQL.
- Minimum associate's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in MySQL Database Development.
- Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, Engineering Support, and Database Performance Tuning.
Pay & Benefits
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
Location & Hours
Client requires people to work onsite 60% (3 days) and 40% remotely (2 days) per week. Also, 5 days of Time Away are mandated per calendar quarter.
