About the role

We're seeking fun-loving, dedicated and caring team members for a variety of hourly positions at Topgolf. These roles focus on delivering an exceptional Player experience and fostering a fun, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
• Connect with Players to understand their visit and share Topgolf offerings
• Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit
• Drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling
• Take orders quickly and accurately
• Keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space
• Be readily available with a strong T-line presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience
• Assist with keeping the bay clean and safe
• Live Topgolf core values every day
