Responsibilities

  • Lead the clinical operations of the Bedford, NH clinic
  • Mentor and develop Physical Therapists to enhance clinical skills and leadership abilities
  • Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the team to improve workflow efficiency and patient flow
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of clinic policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and referring physicians
  • Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the clinic

Requirements

  • A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with staff management and team building
  • Knowledge of physical therapy best practices and standards of care

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Experience in clinic management or leadership roles
