About the role

MVPT Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast, seeks a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist to lead our Amherst, NY clinic. We are a close-knit, supportive team that values collaboration, individuality, and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high standards of care and patient satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the clinic's services and patient base
• Mentor and develop physical therapists to enhance their skills and advance their careers
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and community outreach
• Manage the financial aspects of the clinic, including budgeting and revenue generation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing a physical therapy practice or clinic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy preferred
• Experience in clinic management and leadership roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

$75,000 - $90,000 annually
