About the role

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Music Therapist, focusing on Adult Palliative, Oncology, and Pain Management, with backup support for Children's Hospital Music Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Developing, administering, and coordinating individualized music therapy programs
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to determine suitable therapeutic interventions
• Implementing personalized treatment plans aligned with medical, developmental, and mental health services
• Promoting family-centered care and enhancing patients' coping and resilience skills
• Providing ongoing assessment and adjustment of interventions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Music Therapy
• Board Certified Music Therapist certification from the Certification Board for Music Therapists
• Licensure as a Music Therapist with the State Board of Integrative Health Care (if applicable)
