Responsibilities

  • Teach music lessons using the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum
  • Work to increase student count and ensure each student continues to grow and enjoy playing music
  • Nurture the culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect within the store
  • Partner with store Lessons Leads to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs
  • Communicate with students and/or parents about each student's progress and goals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and families through frequent communication and trust-building
  • Assist with customer service as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related field
  • Ability to teach the instrument you are proficient in, such as drums, guitar, keyboard, etc.
  • Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area you will be teaching
  • Monday-Saturday (as of 12/3/25)
