Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons using the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum
• Work to increase student count and ensure each student continues to grow and enjoy playing music
• Nurture our culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect
• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs
• Aid in customer service by helping to build and maintain long-term student relationships
• Communicate with students and/or parents about each student's progress and goals
• Support the store culture and excellence by collaborating with the Lessons Lead

Requirements

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related field
• Ability to teach the instrument you are proficient in, such as drums, guitar, keyboard, etc.
• Proficiency in demonstrating competency in the area you will be teaching
• Mondays and Tuesdays (as of 12/3/25)
