Responsibilities
- Teach music lessons using the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum
- Work to increase student count and ensure each student grows and enjoys playing music
- Nurture our culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect
- Partner with store Lessons Leads to schedule and retain student headcount
- Aid in customer service by helping to build and maintain long-term students
- Communicate with students and/or parents about their progress and goals
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related field
- Ability to teach the instrument you are proficient in (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.)
- Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area you will be teaching
