Music Director / Pastor

Primary Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and lead congregational worship for all regular and special services
• Recruit, train, rehearse, and pastorally care for worship team members, including instrumentalists, vocalists, choir, and technical volunteers
• Oversee rehearsals for choir
• Collaborate with other ministry staff to provide musical leadership and support for their programs and events as needed
• Offer worship leadership for weddings, funerals, and other church-related occasions
• Participate in staff meetings and other planning sessions as required

The title "Pastor" is granted to those who meet the biblical qualifications for pastor.
